As of October 1, EnvisionInsurance is now Elixir Insurance. We’re excited about our new name and our continued commitment to serving you through our Part D plans. Although the name has changed, we want you to know that we’re still the same company and are still committed to you and your healthcare needs.

Of course, we understand that you may have questions. Here are answers to the questions we’re hearing most often from members.

Q: Was EnvisionInsurance bought or sold?
A:
No. EnvisionInsurance was NOT bought or sold, and we have NOT merged with another company. We are the same people who have been answering your calls and providing your Part D benefits. 

Q: Do I need a new Member ID card?
A: No. Please continue using your current Member ID card. It still provides all the information needed to process your prescriptions without interruption. You will automatically receive a new Member ID card that reflects our name change in January 2021.

Q: Will my Member ID number change?
A: No. The Member ID number on your card will remain the same. Please continue using your current Member ID card.

Q: Will my coverage be affected by this name change?
A: No. You will continue to enjoy the same benefits and services now and after the October 1 name change to Elixir Insurance through the end of your plan year, December 31. Please note your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) will be arriving in your mail soon, outlining plan changes for the 2021 plan year, starting January 1, 2021. These plan changes are NOT related to our name change; instead, they are part of the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Q: Can I still use the same participating retail and mail order pharmacies that I do today?
A: Yes. You can still use the pharmacies in the current retail network.

Q: What changes might I expect to see?
A: Most of the changes you will see will be our name and logo. Depending on the services you use, you may have already begun seeing and hearing the Elixir Insurance name. Don’t be alarmed if you see materials with EnvisionInsurance on them because this may occasionally be the case as we rebrand.

Q: What website should I use?
A: You can still access the same websites you have been using, and you will start to see
elixirinsurance.com on most materials. You can also change your bookmark to elixirinsurance.com to log in to your Member Portal.

Q: If I need to call, do I use the same phone number I’ve always used?
A: Yes. Continue to use the phone number on your Member ID card.

Mail Order Pharmacy – EnvisionPharmacies, now Elixir Pharmacy
Q: Can I continue to order new prescriptions as I normally would?
A: Yes. Please continue to submit new prescriptions in your Mail Portal or by mail or phone, or have your doctor send them via fax or ePrescribing.

Q: Can I still order refills on the Mail Portal?
A: Yes. You may continue to use the Mail Portal by visiting
elixirsolutions.com and selecting REGISTER/LOGIN. Select your Legacy Provider as EnvisionPharmacies and follow the instructions.

Q: Will my mail order packages look different?
A: If you use EnvisionPharmacies, now known as Elixir Pharmacy, for mail order, there will be no changes to your medications or to the delivery methods used for your prescription orders. You will see the new Elixir Pharmacy logo on your medication packaging.

Q: What if I still have questions?
A: If you have questions about your insurance benefits, visit
elixirinsurance.com or call the number on the back of your Member ID card. If you have questions about your medications or mail order services, contact your pharmacy using the number on your prescription label.
